Kindness is actually one of those words that is universally understood by all humans. Kindness can be exhibited with something as simple as a smile, or as complex as an elaborate surprise. I took a moment to look up all the synonyms for kindness, and I was amazed...there were actually 95 words! I loved the fact that kindness is synonymous with humanity itself! I invite you to take a look at this list of words, and see if you actually 'feel better' just by reading the list! It's difficult not to have a sensation of good feeling rushing over you just by reading the list. I also invite you to see if you can practice just one more "version" of kindness today. Ask yourself, "Can I be more patient today?" "Can I be more courteous today?" "Can I be more gentle with myself or others today?" These are all ways to exemplify kindness out there in our families, communities, and companies.
